Tina Vasen, principal with Trusteed Plans Service Corporation (TPSC), is a 35-year veteran of the third party administration space. In her current role as Vice President of Marketing, she oversees and manages the marketing department staff, develops product offerings and pricing strategies, creates all marketing initiatives, collaborates internally with department leadership and serves as liaison for all broker and client relationships.
Ms. Vasen is actively involved in several professional, insurance industry-focused organizations, including: Society of Professional Benefit Administrators, Employee Benefits Planning Association and Western Pension & Benefits Council.
Ms. Vasen has held a variety of executive roles for area non-profits and community outreach organizations. She has overseen the TPSC United Way campaign for many years, significantly increasing annual fundraising totals with the expansion of activities and resources. As a volunteer with the Tacoma-Pierce County Humane Society, Ms. Vasen led several fundraising and awareness initiatives including acting as the Cinderella Fund liaison and the event coordinator for Adopt-A-Thon and Santa Paws; three mission-critical campaigns for the organization.
Additionally, Ms. Vasen served on the Tacoma-Pierce County Humane Society Dog-A-Thon Board for 10 years, with 2 of those years as co-chair, expanding participation and donations and exceeding prior event fundraising totals. For several years, she served on the Board for the March of Dimes Pierce County Walk America, coordinating all aspects of the walk ensuring participant satisfaction and maximizing fundraising efforts.
Most recently she has served on the Executive Leadership Team for South Sound American Heart Association Go Red event and the Literacy Committee for Rotary Club #8.
