Join us for a transformative day designed for women who are working hard but struggling to make ends meet – the foundation of our community who give their all, care deeply, and deserve more!
Our second annual Elevate Women event will be a powerful gathering of women, leaders, advocates, and changemakers coming together to support YOU in rewriting your story – on your terms.
Attend a wide array of workshops focused on:
•    Breaking the Wage Barrier – Are you looking for a new job, to start a business, a bigger paycheck, or a path to leadership?
•    Prioritizing YOU – Nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
•    Using Your Voice – Learn how to be an advocate, influence your community, and be heard where it matters most.
•    Financial Empowerment – Sessions about saving, investing, and thriving financially.
•    Military Members and Spouses – Sessions designed for military members and military spouses.

Erin Jones - Speaker  / KD Hall - Speaker  / Dr. Danielle Lord - Speaker

 

Erin Jones

Erin is a nationally recognized educator and equity leader with over 30 years of experience in and around America’s schools. Her career spans diverse educational settings—from predominantly Black and White communities to some of the most culturally rich classrooms in the country.

Erin was named Washington State’s Milken Educator of the Year in 2008 and received national recognition at the White House in 2013 as a “Champion of Change.” She has also been honored as the Washington State PTA’s Outstanding Educator and received the Most Innovative Foreign Language Teacher award in 2007.

Erin has served as an executive for two Washington State Superintendents and led college-access initiatives at the district level. In 2016, she made history as the first Black woman to run for Washington State Superintendent, narrowly losing by just 1%.

A powerful speaker and published author on racial reconciliation, Erin brings deep insight, lived experience, and a passion for justice to every stage. She is also a proud wife of over 30 years, mother of three adult children, and a lifelong advocate for inclusive, student-centered education.

KD Hall

Emmy-Nominated Filmmaker, Communications Strategist & Women’s Leadership Advocate
KD Hall is a powerhouse communicator, six-time Emmy-nominated filmmaker, and passionate advocate for women and girls in leadership. As the founder of KD Hall Communications and the KD Hall Foundation, she has spent over two decades using storytelling, media, and education to elevate underrepresented voices and drive social impact.
A Seattle Film and Sports Commissioner, professor at the University of Washington, and host of the acclaimed talk show Conversations with KD Hall, she brings unmatched energy and insight to every stage. 
Her leadership has shaped CEOs, empowered over 1,000 young women globally, and earned her numerous honors—including multiple diversity awards and recognition as a Puget Sound Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree.
Whether she’s behind the camera, in the classroom, or on the mic, KD inspires audiences to lead with purpose, communicate with impact, and create lasting change.

Dr. Danielle Lord 

Leadership Strategist, Educator & Entrepreneur
Dr. Danielle Lord is a leadership expert, small business owner, and the Principal of Archetype Learning Solutions. Danielle has spent her career designing impactful programs for individuals, small businesses, and large organizations alike.
Her leadership journey includes serving as:
•    Chief Learning Officer for the State of Washington, where she led statewide leadership initiatives and secured $3 million in development funding;
•    Leadership Development Director at the Port of Seattle, where she launched the LINK Leadership program;
•    System Director of Physician Leadership for Providence Health & Services, overseeing executive development for over 300 physicians across five states.
She has taught over 17 graduate-level courses at Brandman University since 2008 and developed more than 50 custom courses for diverse organizations. She holds a PhD in Leadership Theory and is the author of two books: Focused Moments and Engaging Your Employees. She founded COMPASS, a care group supporting emotional healing for caregivers and clinicians facing workplace trauma.
She lives in Auburn, Washington, with her husband Stephen and their cat “Kitten.” When she’s not consulting or teaching, she runs two lifestyle businesses—Dinners in the Dining Room and Dress the Table—and enjoys antiquing, gardening, and wine.
