Eileen Walker is a Senior Account Executive in sales and marketing for Regence BlueShield, based locally in the Tacoma office. In this capacity, her focus of expertise is dedicated to managing public municipalities such as cities, counties as well as major employer groups across Washington State and nationally.
Eileen is responsible for some of the largest public sector and municipal clients at Regence. Her approach is to understand our customers’ unique needs and culture and bring creative solutions, innovative products, programs and services that will support the client’s business objectives and financial goals.
Eileen has more than 25 years of Employee Benefits and Insurance Industry experience in Sales, Customer Service and Marketing Departments, specializing in consultative account management, supporting the goals & objectives related to labor negotiations and understanding labor unions and retiree population’s unique needs. Eileen has consistently been recognized internally and externally as a leader in sales, service and retention. The client groups and consultants that she works with have consistently communicated a high level of satisfaction.
As a lifelong Pierce County resident, Eileen is passionate about her involvement and engagement within the local community. This includes volunteer work with Vision House, St. Francis House, Metro Parks and UWPC. Eileen is also an active member of several employee benefit professional organizations.
