Community

The South Sound 211 Call Center is open Monday through Friday, from 9am-4pm, with 24 hour voicemail. To find the resources you need, simply dial 211 or email us at 211@uwpc.org.

We connect individuals and families with programs and services to help them navigate through the barriers that are preventing them from becoming self-sufficient. Instead of multiple calls, our free helpline connects people in need with trained specialists to get matched with the right services. South Sound 211 provides access to hundreds of services and programs from Pierce, Thurston and Lewis Counties.

211 Helpline

Each year, we convene to develop an advocacy agenda that guides community efforts to impact public policy and lift up the voice of lived experiences in a way that can benefit systems change. Our 2023 advocacy agenda was built through engagement with community members, especially individuals with lived experiences in each area of focus. Advocacy is one way that we fulfill our Vision for Equity.
