
Shasta is a Pierce County native and comes from a family of real estate entrepreneurs. After graduating from Gonzaga University with her degree in Business Administration focusing on Finance and Law and Public Policy, she worked for her family’s development and property management company before going on to pursue her law degree. In her role as an attorney, Shasta strives to provide proactive planning and creative problem solving for individuals, families, investors, and businesses alike to help protect what matters most to them.
In law school, Shasta clerked for the Department of Social and Health Services in the complex litigation division and externed with the Honorable Robert B. Leighton at the United Stated District Court for the Western District of Washington. Prior to joining Ledger Square Law, P.S., Shasta was an associate attorney with Andrews & Arbenz, PLLC in Tacoma where she practiced in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Business and Family Law.
Today, Shasta’s practice includes a wide range of real estate and business matters, including business formation, acquisition, and succession planning, contract drafting and review, as well as partnership and contract disputes, wind-up, and dissolution. She enjoys the constructive aspect of her job in providing common-sense advice and creative solutions, so her clients can stay focused on what they do best.
