Richard was at a local agency for career help. That agency sent us a referral through our common referral system. Our workforce Navigator contacted Richard and had a nice conversation with him. During that call, we discovered that he needs some help not only with finding a job but with help finding some food to get him through. When we called him in the following weeks to see how he was doing, Richard said he was doing great. The whole system has helped me get a job. It made a positive impact on the transition to everyday living. Knowing that I can reach you guys at 211. It has been a heck of an experience for me.
